HLX Events was founded on a simple belief: A beautiful event means nothing without flawless execution behind it.

My journey in hospitality began with a love for creating and executing experiences that bring a client’s vision to life. There is something powerful about watching months of planning unfold into a single, unforgettable moment  and being present to see the joy on a client’s face when everything comes together seamlessly. That feeling is what inspired the creation of HLX Events.

With years of leadership in catering and event sales, I developed an expertise that extends beyond design. I understand contracts, food and beverage strategy, vendor dynamics, timeline precision, and the art of anticipating challenges before they arise. In my experience, the difference between a good event and an exceptional one lies in preparation  and in empathy.

Too often, events fail not because of creativity, but because of poor anticipation and lack of communication. At HLX Events, proactive planning and genuine care guide every decision. I pride myself on being responsive, detail-oriented, and adaptable ensuring that my clients feel supported, heard, and confident throughout the entire process.
